Assembly instructions did not match the actual item. Instructions state there are two captive screws on the metal tabs, and to use them I must remove the large clamping screws from the main panel so the captive screws can hold the adapter in place. In fact, there are NO captive screws present, and the metal tabs are not even threaded to hold screws. But that’s okay, since the large clamping screws hold the metal tabs securely at least as well as any other screws would. 100 amp breaker switch fit perfectly, and was held in place so the panel cover settles nicely over the switch just as designed to do. Whole thing took less than 30 seconds to assemble.

For a older house the previous one installed had broke when trying to replace the breaker. This came in within a week and save from having to redo the entire panel.
